Can those whips be bent?
Yes, they are flexible and they can be bent.
How the whips can sync with the rock lights?
You can make them work the same colors and working patterns by your smart phone App and remote.
What about the lead time?
Sample needs 1-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than 500sets.
Is it OK to print my logo on flags?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer one year warranty. You will be requested to send pictures or video to show us the quality issues. After they have been confirmed, you need to destroy the defective items. And we will send warranty replacement by China Post, which will take about one month. If you don't want to wait, we can ship by DHL or FedEx, which will take about one week. But you will need to pay the extra shipping cost $20-$50.
Can the whips sync with more LED Rock light pods?
Yes you can install any rock light pods as you need. The max one controller box can run is 32pcs LED lights.
